At Hall of Scoops, we pride our selves on our excellent customer service and high quality products. Here are just a few of our terms and conditions to be sure all goes smoothly.
 
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All orders are subject to review by Hall of Scoops.
 
Customized, Personalized and Special order items are Non-Cancelable and cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
 
Please check your orders carefully and be sure all spelling, color, sizing and required info is correct. Hall of Scoops is not responsible for customer mistakes.
 
Mistakes do happen, if it’s on our end, we will gladly replace the item or we will provide you will a full refund. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your package and we will provide you with return shipping information. If the mistake is on your end, contact us at info@hallofscoops.com and we’ll do our best to replace the item at a reasonable price.
 
Items sometimes look different online than they do in person. If you have questions about a certain item such as color, fit or material please contact us at info@hallofscoops.com or call the store at 914-861-8080 and we will be happy to provide you with additional info.
 
Please keep in mind most Custom orders take approximately 3-6 weeks for us to receive. Camp and Holiday season can sometimes take even longer. Please place your orders early! Our standard shipping time is usually 1-3 Business days once your package leaves Hall of Scoops.
 
If you need to have an item by a certain date, please note the requested date in your order. We’ll do everything in our power to make it happen. In situations where we can’t accommodate the requested date, contact us at info@hallofscoops.com to inquire about Rush Fees and expedited Shipping Fees.
 
RETURNS
Returns on Non-Customized items must be received in their original packaging and must be unused, unworn and in re-sellable condition with all tags attached. Please contact us at info@hallofscoops.com within 10 days of receipt of the item. These items may be returned for a store credit or exchanged for an item of equal value. No credits or refunds for shipping charges will be issued.
 
Shipping charges on replacement items will be charged according to our standard shipping rates.
 
Return shipping on these items are at the Customers expense
 
SHIPPING
Hall of Scoops currently ships merchandise within the Continental USA Only. Sales Tax will be charged at a rate of 7.375% on all orders shipped within New York State
 
Shipping rates are charged based on the weight of your items and on the location they are being shipped
 
Orders will be shipped in their entirety unless otherwise noted. If items are shipped separately an additional shipping fee will be charged at our standard shipping rate. Please contact us if you would like your items shipped as they are received.
 
If packages are lost or damaged, it is the customers responsibility to file claims with the Carrier.
 
All orders will ship via various ground delivery methods unless otherwise noted. These include USPS, UPS and Fedex Ground. Hall of Scoops reserves the right to choose the carrier.
 
PAYMENT

Hall of Scoops accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Paypal
 
Full payment is required at the time your order is placed. If paying by credit card, your card will be charged the full amount of the order plus shipping charges and tax ,if shipping within New York. Occasionally we may be unable to completely fill your order, in these rare cases a refund will be issued immediately.
